Here's another fanart! Lately I've played "The Legend of Zelda - Skyward Sword" for Wii and I was impressed with the quality of the game, especially Zelda's character itself. I feel this is the best representation of the princess besides Tetra from Wind Waker. I'm still playing, but I decided to do a quick fanart with a more realistic approach.

The idea was to be a very simple and loose painting. I approached a more classic portrait lighting and tried some other things too. Basically, besides being a tribute to Zelda, it is also a good opportunity to study.

Painting done in Photoshop CS4 with a Wacom Cintiq 21UX.

"The Legend of Zelda" and its characters belongs to Nintendo.
