転輪聖王に七宝あり。
すなわちは

馬宝
象宝
珠宝
女宝
居士宝
主兵臣宝
そして―――金輪宝。

是こそが天の車輪と伝えられる。
一方で、七宝の存在とは別に、
諸天や阿修羅を説服し得る天の車輪が存在する、
とされることもある。

いずれにせよ……
武力に頼らずして世界に平穏をもたらす力持つ、
転輪聖王の大宝具。
それこそが、天の車輪である。

The Chakravartin is said to bear Seven Treasures.
Namely:
Aśvaratna
Hastiratna
Maṇiratna
Strīratna
Gṛhapatiratna
Parināyakaratna
And lastly―the Cakraratna.

This seventh treasure is oft extolled as the Wheel of Heaven itself.
Yet beyond the canon of the Seven Treasures,
there abides a belief in a distinct Wheel...
one so resplendent it might lay low the gods and even the Asura.

Whichever the case may be...
The great Noble Phantasm, Chakravartin, is that which brings tranquility to the world not through force of arms,
but through the righteousness of its turning.
Such is the Wheel of Heaven.
