第八秘蹟会の求めた有り得ざる聖遺物。
ファリア神父の遺した言葉に依れば、
神秘隠秘の究極のわざのうちのひとつであり、火の王として人を造り替えるのだという。人が有するはずのない幻想の内臓とも。
特異な魔術刻印の一種であるとも考えられるが、
その詳細は不明。

The third treasure once bestowed upon the man known as the Count of Monte Cristo by Abbé Faria. The first was knowledge, the second was wealth. A hidden treasure concealed within the caverns of Monte Cristo Island—the holy relic that is said to not exist, sought by the Assembly of the 8th Sacrament. According to Abbé Faria, it is one of the ultimate techniques of mystical concealment, capable of transforming a man into a King of Fire. It is also said to be an illusory organ that should not exist within a human being. It may be considered a type of peculiar Magic Crest, but its details remain unknown.
