A day in which lots of pictures of Hatsune Miku (created on August 31st 2007) among other things are posted in celebration. It was established on this date because of the pun with her name!
The pun:
Miku โ mi(3) ku(9)The things I can't leak~ are next to none~!!Reference to Youmu's famous quote in Perfect Cherry Blossom: "The things that cannot be cut by my Roukanken, forged by youkai... are next to none!".
What Miku is literally saying is something like "the things I can't haggle for are next to none", with haggle (negiru) containing the Japanese word for spring onion (negi). This was the only way I could think of that would keep the pun. You're making it sound like you've become a leakerNo, if you say it like that you're changing the meaning!A pun with myon:
Myon โ mi(3) yon(4)
