Toyosatomimi no Miko was a child prodigy able to hear ten conversations at once, as well as reading someone's ten desires Not quite accurate to canon: she didn't have the ability to read someone's desires until her revival as a saint

But it seems like she has issues fully understanding people like the half-human half-ghost Youmu, as she lacks the desire for death and the desire for life, as well as Komeiji Koishi, who closed off her heart This led to Miko believing that Youmu was also a taoist hermit, which, in turn (and hilariously) led Youmu to believe that she had been a taoist hermit all along.

Huuuh... So that's what she was thinking...

Hold on right there! Don't go talking about me without my permission! Off-screen human-half Youmu. It helps to think of both halves of Youmu as separate entities in this artist's canon.
