Reality
(?)
Sirius isn't usually the type to become overly attached to others, but considering her relationship with Rudolf, she might develop deeper feelings for her Trainer if she falls hard enough. Maybe. I don't know. Anyway,
Sirius's policy is to take hold of the things she wants with her own hands. So, if she likes her Trainer, wouldn't she be the one to initiate and propose? That said, her girlish side might also yearn to be proposed to, which would be adorable (or not, either way is fine). If Sirius does propose instead, that works too. Or they could remain lifelong partners without formalities. Every scenario is great, and honestly, who knows anything for sure?
