If you just look at the kanjis for "Aichi", it comes off as a pretty romantic name "Aichi" is written with the kanjis for "love" and "knowing".

It means "knowing about love", doesn't it...?

The name "Aichi" comes from the ancient word "Ayuchi", which means "the wind that comes from beyond the sea, bringing happiness"
