I’m also a god who can grant your wishes.

Alright! Then die!!

Hey, listen to me. I’m an NPC, so attacking me is useless.

You wish to fight with someone who’s strong and won’t break, no? There’s a perfect opponent for you.

Don't keep talking.

The monster of the Animal Realm who’s settled in the Old Hell of Blood Pools… “Yuuma Toutetsu”.

Monster? Toutetsu...?

In fact, it seems that Toutetsu is planning to take over the surface, and I tried making a few people fight her, but…

She ends up absorbing attacks and even the willpower to fight her, so in the end nobody has been able to defeat her.

Even that Hakurei miko couldn’t defeat her, she threw in the towel. Toutetsu’s a monster with a shady history. Okina says 匙を投げた (saji wo nageta), literally meaning "she threw the spoon", but the phrase means to give up/throw in the towel. This explains what Flan imagines on the next page.

BAM!!
