The pun: prostrating in Japanese is said as "dogeza". Do: dakuon of to (10 in the hifumi numbering system). Za: dakuon of the "sa" in "san" (3 in the ichinisan numbering system). Apparently also a valid reading for 三 in nanori. The "ge" in the middle is apparently ignored.

Personification of Half-Ghost-chan ♂ "Personification" is not written with the right kanji, it's 擬人化, but the artist wrote it as 疑人化. Both would be read the same, but 擬 usually means something like "to imitate, to be alike, but not the real thing", while 疑 is usually something like "doubt, suspicion". Most likely just a typo.
