Someone who qualifies to work in Tea Arts. Sort of the Chinese Tea version of a Tea Sommelier? By the way, Tea Arts seems to have come from Taiwan, from studying Japanese Tea Ceremony.

Essentially, the word I translated as "Tea Arts" is "Chagei(?) 茶芸", which is apparently the Chinese (and Taiwanese) word for tea ceremony and culture (the Japanese word being Sadou 茶道).
