One of them happens to be my girlfriend, or should I say my partner, or my spouse, or my wife, and she saw the defendant shopping at a bookstore miles away from the scene at the exact time of the incident. Just a quick research into that bookstore would prove it. So that would make your testimony false, wouldn't it? Please answer "yes" or "no".
