A new version of the primarch of the Salamanders. Old drawing: noldofinve.deviantart.com/art/…
It was quite hard to bring Vulkan into correlation with any Earth culture. It seems there are some African influence but this connection between the Salamanders aand African cultures isn't so clear. So I took an ancient Nubian guard as a "prototype" of Vulkan as my husband suggested. Several artwork of Ludwig Deutsch were very helpful in this my small research: "forum.artinvestment.ru/blog.ph…":[http://forum.artinvestment.ru/blog.php?b=254879 ]
