A commemorative day established by Mijakuji-shi (an illustrator) some 10 years ago!
Mijakuji: Misyagu in Danbooru. From what I've seen, their username in Pixiv is "Mishaguji", so maybe the "Mijakuji" was a typo?Set to this day because of the pun with wanwan'o!
Wanwan'o: a kaomoji representing a happy dog →（Ｕ＾ω＾）わんわんお！
The pun: wan(1 —English pronunciation) wan(1) o(0)At least for today, I'd like you to celebrate it...I suppose it makes a lot of sense, but... I have no commemorative days other than today...※Youmu has 5 commemorative days a year.
