You mean Yukari!! The kanji 紫 is usually pronounced 'murasaki', but the shouchuu 紫 (as well as the Touhou character's name) is pronounced Yukari.

That was the message that the author asked me to pass on

When I worked part time at a tavern, there were many customers who didn't pronounce '紫' as 'Yukari'.
For me, because it had the same name as Yukarin, I reacted strongly when it was ordered.
... All by my lonesome, even. I was such a lonely guy. *Cries*.
However, those of my friends who know about Touhou also has the same 'Yukarin is being taken away' reaction, so maybe it's not so strange.
Because Yukari has a thinner flavor, if I must choose then I would recommend it more for ladies than for gentlemen.
