Previously, when we visited one of the Chinese temples...
So this is Guan Yu. A famous general in China's history.
As the birth rates of babies fell during the 1980s, they were called the "After-'80s" which can be considered to be the Chinese version of Japan's "Affluent Generation". China's birth rate fell drastically during the 1980s due to the one-child policy that was implemented in 1979 that restricted couples to one child per family as a means by the government to control the growing population. ゆとり世代 here is translated into "affluent generation", although it is actually more of a slang term referring to the generation that had to undergo compulsory education. May need checking.
Even though it says affluent, considering our economy, perhaps it is inappropriate... Japan's economic growth was 4% in the 1980s, but then went into a deep recession for over a decade by the 1990s.
