Shameimaru is a pure and honest girl. She just doesn't think anything of Hata-tan. She's not being a bully. Hata-tan = cellphone s have become a dependency of modern youth. It seems Aya is doing something meaningful, without considering that the heart symbol on the phone is an expression of Hata-tan's inner heart or anything. That's the feeling I get.
