A commission! This outfit is based on Harley Quinn's "Birds of Prey" outfit. The client liked the previous pic of Raven I made in this outfit, and commissioned another one! This pic was also finished a few months ago, and it was before I changed styles (which is why it looks to be in the cartoony style I was doing earlier this year).
