Deathblow: Bomb-saver Death! "Kakae-ochi": a shooting game term for wasting your stock of bombs by holding onto them unused and then screwing up/dying, when using the bomb could've kept you alive longer. I can't find a "standard" English equivalent, so I guess this will do for now.
