10年前、東京都赤塚区で誘拐事件が発生。犯人は下宿と称し被害者家族の家に入り、赤塚区にて数々の強盗事件を起こした末に一人の少年を人質に取り逃走。犯人の行方は知れず、少年の安否も確認できていない。生存していれば2X歳の成人男性である。
