With what we know about the World Government’s tendency to trade in orphaned children to brainwash for their military/espionage organizations as we’ve seen with Mother Carmel, and with the knowledge that most of the CP9 were recruited as orphaned children according to an SBS, I wonder what CP0′s endgame is. Some part of me still entertains the notion that they went to the Revolutionaries for dirt on Spandam and could be double agents now working for the cause, since they work closely with the Tenryuubito and one of the goals of the revolution is to retain the WG while getting rid of the elite. Kaku and Lucci also strike me as too sharp to really believe what they were saying about the Tenryuubito being gods…but we won’t really know until Oda reveals more. Curious!!
