June 7th I woke up in an unfamiliar hospital room. Apparently I lost my memory because of an accident. Who on Earth am I?

Meanwhile, a strange woman came to visit me. And she immediately started insulting me for having gotten into an accident. Wh-What's her problem!? And she's wearing a weird hoodie!

When I told her I lost my memory, she told me that we had been married for many years. She said we were a couple and loved each other dearly.

Really? You just told me I was lower than dirt and worthless and stuff.

After I was discharged, I started dating this woman.

Her personality is what it is, but she's cute and everything so I wouldn't mind marrying... Gyaaaaaaah a meteorite from the sky!!

...Huh? Where am I? Last I remember, I was driving my car. Hm? Madoka? What's with that hoodie? Where did you buy that? ...What? You lost a bet?

Right... I felt like I had a very long dream. It was a pretty nice dream too...
