Earlier, Patchouli and Koa...

For the time being, I have made a hole in the barrier.

Remi made it through safely... Right about now, she's having fun choosing as she likes, eh?

So, Koa, until I wake up, please maintain the spell. I wasn't able to sleep all night due to the asthma, that's just too severe.

Yes. By the way, um...

Yes. By the way, um...

I've been wondering all this while, but why did we put a hole in the barrier?

You have some nerve, asking this when I'm sleepy.

Because a non-practitioner operating a barrier at the same coordinates will rapidly give rise to distortion, leading to bending and collapse in the surroundings. Even if number of times of operation is just once. Furthermore, to deceive that sensitive girl at hole in the barrier, ... magic retaining scent around it... Sogndal ... temporarily ... The text descends into utter nonsense, there is no way to translate it properly. Indeed, the artist commented on pixiv that "the explanation is a way of bullying from Patchouli" 「 この説明はある意味パチュリーからのいじめです（-ω-） 」 I've rendered 「魔留香」 literally as "magic retaining scent" as Patchy later refers to a scent of some sort, but I suspect it could just as well be a pun on Marisa (魔理沙) and Chu Liuxiang (楚留香), a Chinese analogue of Robin Hood.

Well I'll tell you if you really want to know ...

Uh, nevermind, I guess it's fine... (Koa)

In any case, there'll be no problem as long as the spell is maintained until Remi returns.

If you're unskilled at maintaining the barrier, we'll just have to call for that shady woman. Although that might become unmanageable.

Uh... uhm... I'll try my best and follow the manual...

If you're interested, you should go visit her one of these days. She's a pointlessly powerful idol* with a mania for preaching. * written "Gensoukyou Cripple", read "idol"

I shouldn't be asking her...

No thanks.

*smile*

So I just have to keep stirring the solution until you wake up, right?

Gently maintain the opened hole. It's a specially made scent after all.

Be very careful not to let it die out.
