自分の日頃の行いを小傘さんに投影して描いてみようという日記漫画です。

コンビニでお菓子を手にとっても、カロリー表を見て「敵！」と思ってしまようになりました。
最近はダイエットも終了してる上に、スポーツセンター1回で消費が700kcal超えてるので結構気にせず食べてます(笑)
つっても、以前みたいにモリモリとはいきませんが。

I've gotten to the point where, even when I pick up candy at the convenience store, I look at the calorie listing and think, "The enemy!" Recently, on top of ending my diet, I've been burning over 700 kcal per trip to the sports center, so I eat it without worry. :-)

Well, I say that, but I don't wolf them down as much as I used to.
