Her clothes look like a one-piece. From looking at the in-game picture and the soundtrack cover, it doesn't seem to be a shirt + apron. We can't be certain, however, because Reimu's in-game clothes also look like a one-piece.

Celestials don't wear panties...right? It's a bit uncertain. In a game with such a high bloomers shot ratio, Tenko-chan's manner of walking doesn't really allow for bloomers shots. This really makes you think that the chance of her wearing bloomers is quite low.

Rainbow-colored object

Her hair looks really long, but it actually only goes down to her waist. I think I was able to color her hair much more beautifully when I realized that her hair color is more "sky" than "blue".

It's a mystery. It is probably just the appearance, but it appears to be a clip-on, not being tied on anywhere. If you look well at her game portrait, her ribbon looks really big. But her in-game graphic makes it look moderately sized, doesn't it? In this case, isn't it okay to draw it to my preference? It seems that the apron pattern and the rainbow-colored object don't reach around the back.

I think it looks quite cute the way her hat feels like it is more "riding" on her head than "worn". There are just two peaches on one side of her hat. Doesn't her in-game graphic become cuter when you become aware of her hat?

If you look carefully at the game graphics, you'll notice that her boots are unexpectedly short. The chances are that they're lace-up boots, but being such a leisure-lover, Tenshi might have boots with zippers or Velcro. Shrrrip.

Looks like an ordinary skirt. It might extend to the upper part of her body, but I couldn't find any data that confirms it, so it's unknown. I heard that they had had plans to put "sky" on her skirt just like Okuu's cape has in Hisoutensoku. You can see a glimpse of evidence from the standing graphics in the game. (This is the only place "cloud pattern" texture is used.) I find the cloth looks thin. Rather then having her frills stitched on her skirt, she seems to wear something like a petticoat underneath. Maybe it's a negligee type of underwear?

I think it represents something like an aurora, though the material is unknown. It looks like it could be both soft and hard. It appears to show some reflections, so don't forget to apply them in detail. It looks like it isn't connected to her apron. It gets smaller towards its ends, and becomes triangles at the very ends.

The Touhou most suited for wearing a smug face. Basically, making her have an ambitious expression turns out like that. Her hair is a little untidy, but by simply curling some of the ends of her hair, she feels more Tenshi-like (as seen at left). Her eyes are red...or should I say scarlet.

The ribbon seems exceptionally cute when I draw it bigger.

The artwork on her sleeves looks a lot like the rings Sun Wukong wears on his head, doesn't it? I wonder what that could mean. Sun Wukong is a character from the Chinese story Journey to the West.

The apron part of her clothes looks really broad. Its characteristic pattern is made of several templates spread across at random. Other than the pattern layer above her clothes, this was easy to draw with clipping masks and Multiply.

Comparing her in-game close-up stills and collision detection with her ending, she appears to be about the same height as Reimu. (The so-called "fairly tall" class. She's a tiny bit shorter than Reimu.) From what one can see of her chest at various angles, she doesn't seem to have one. She appears to have a little on the front cover image of the soundtrack, but I think making her flat as a board is funnier as gag fodder.
