Some children were playing pranks with dye in the Human Village, and Imaizumi Kagerou ended up as their victim.
Even simple pranks can go too far and become quite cruel sometimes.
They made a dye that looked exactly like blood, splattered their clothes and went around scaring adults.
When Wakasagihime saw Kagerou covered in this shockingly high-quality dye the kids had created, she was apparently scared out of her wits.
