Day 37 Cumulative 108945RT ◆Fun room-hunting

Excuse me, I'm looking for a room

Do you have any requirements?

Umm

If the room is within walking distance to the station, that'd be great.

I can pay rent but I can only do cheap rent of about ¥50k!

Okay!

I'd like a spacious room with separate bath and toilet.

Okay...

Real estate agent-san

I'd like an autolock if possible

If there's more than 2 floors, an elevator would be nice.

...Ummm Those requirements are a bit too strict

...Ah, but we do have one available!

Really!?

migaah

However... there does seem to be a matter to be noticed... There doesn't seem to be any particular reason for it but...

There seems to be something there...

Something there?

Something that can't be explained by science...

Miku is also something that surpasses the limits of science, could this be the same thing?

Because of it, the room is abnormal because everyone seems to move out shortly after.

I see

But it has cleared all of Hatsune-san's conditions!

The rent is ¥39k! The station is a 3 minute 9 second walk away!!

I'll take it!

Immediate response

Mipaaaa...!

Then first let's show you to your room, okay?

Yes!

Right afterwards, she rushed the contract
