Her name is Minuet-chan.
She works to clear and cultivate the surface of asteroids, and the staff in her right hand is a surveying device and a laser cannon that she uses to break up rocks and other obstacles in the way of clearing the land.
She has little self-awareness, and even after hundreds of years of human extinction, she's still quietly clearing land that no one has ever visited.
