We took our breakfast at the inn in Nottbal, did some light shopping, and then set out, riding in a deer-drawn carriage. We'd reach the mountainside where my friend makes his home in half a day, and then arrive after a bit of a hike. Because snow deer are powerful, but move slowly, I was able to have a leisurely chat with Reszurre as the carriage jostled along.
