SO.... THE "SAILOR MOON" STYLE. NOT JUST ANY SAILOR MOON STYLE, BUT THE ORIGINAL CLASSIC 90'S.

MADE BY THE SAME GUY WHO DRAWS GUDDAMN "TLH" ART. WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT?

AM I STILL REAL TO YOU GUYS?! #31 Free Icon: Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon) 50x50

Anyways, this is one of my earliest attempts at this style, since I've been meaning to test myself and see if I could pull it off for a LONG while now (before I NEVER had the time for it).
As for the programs, I had to use BOTH PaintTool Sai & Photoshop.

But hey! Turns out I actually CAN do it! And I'm very happy because of that! :D (Big Grin)

I tried my best to make it look like an authentic screenshot, as I usually do with all my other artworks too! I'm no slouch!

I'd honestly like to practice more on the retro Sailor Moon style in order to make it look even better in the future! I like this new style a lot! :P (Lick)

Rosa from Pokemon Black 2/White 2 was an easy choice for me because of her similar meatball-head style to Usagi Tsukino (yes I'll primarily refer to her Japanese name from here on out for reasons)

Anyways, enjoy this artwork! Can be used, BUT ONLY as long as PROPER CREDIT is given to me. Thanks!
