▲ It's Kojima Emi (Ritaiko / Naoshita-san) of "Girls und Panzer". ▲ I drew it with the 3D progress toot of my fellow Pawoo user Yuyu Salon (user/8416701 "»":[/artists?search%5Burl_matches%5D=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pixiv.net%2Fusers%2F8416701]).　▲"Our tracks are heavy(^^)"

The names in parentheses next to Kojima Emi's name were her fan names before her official name was revealed. See her wiki for more info.
