Close-up of commission for The-P3nguin

Kalos Queen Serena in the design made by The-P3nguin themselves~!

WELP it's unnecessary to state how much I enjoyed drawing this, and I insist, I have the best commissioners ever （*’∀’人）Heart

The original deal, whole picture, is the fullbody design with one of the pokemon commissioner headcanons that Kalos Queen!Serena owns, but I decided to make a small edit to an actual anime screencap and make this side-plus-thing nobody asked for (now it's up to commissioner if you ever see the whole picture, for which I made a few different versions too  < (￣︶￣) > ).

All of this definitely made me want to work on my own older!Serena stuff, as I have so much thought for her but less than 1% has been applied on pics/fics :I

That being said, sorry again for the big delay and I hope you like it! ♥
