Any school that flies my flag becomes but a part of the academy that I govern. Their students are my subjects.

Tolerant rule is a vital condition for conquest.

And a ruler cannot act with arrogance towards their subjects.

Why we do need to canvass for funds...　I do not wish for it to be in a hostile manner.
