It's the first purely Terran-produced MS, built using the Turn-A Gundam mass production plans drafted up by Guin....But as analyzing and duplicating Turn-A turned out to be utterly impossible, they just slapped on a Turn-A looking shell on Borjarnons freshly produced from Terran factories.
