Naval Base's Black Oni

Foreign Ships' Dorm's Red Oni

Huh?

...so what brought on this curious turn of events?

Just as I said before, my primary goal is contributing to the base.

The rest is just Bismarck-style carrot-and-stick policies.

Thanks to you acting the hard-liner deputy dorm manager...

And Black Kashima and Katori cracking down hard on public morality...

Everyone's acting considerably better than they used to.

So it's fine to give them an opportunity to eat, drink and be merry every so often, ja?

...what happens, happens.

Now you say that...

But I'm not going to help you if you collapse from stress over the prep.

J-Just a joke.
