I'm searching for a tsuchinoko!

What are you on about?

The Shitty Admiral, of course. You were nursing him back to health, and all.

First Fleet, steaming home.

So, you're the type to be attracted to useless men then, Graf?

You know... the ones that you have to prop up?

Admiral, what are you doing?

He totally got that cold because his immune system was depressed from his couch-potato life, right?

Ach... Certainly, that man is rather slovenly in his private life.

However, it's not like he's nothing more than a wastrel.

When I enter his room, the Admiral is often by the window.

From the confines of that room, he is observing the interior of the port...

I believe that he is keeping track of the conditions of the fleets returning from sorties and expeditions.

Ehhh... what a pervert!

The lights are on in his room well into the midnight hours not because he is gaming,

But because he's subsumed in reading books on tactics and reports.

And the reason that he came down with a fever was because he was frantically searching for the 3-day MIA Uzuki!

He is forever falling asleep on the sofa with a book or some documents in his hand.

The proof of that is how he was fully aware of my characteristic traits as a ship, even though I had barely arrived at my post here.

Hah!?

Ah, well...

Thinking back, he was running around in the rain without food or sleep...

Of course I was worried sick.

Been watching him like a hawk, haven't you...
