Senshadou has improved my blood pressure more or less, but

I'm still bad at waking up early...

Ah. A shooting star.

I'd better hurry and make a wish...

Umm... Please give me blood pressure. Please give me bluud preshure. Puhleez geev mi blutt pureshure.

I hope my wish got across...

It did. "Blood pressure" ("ketsu atsu") is homonymous with "butt pressure". In the previous panel, her speech becomes more ambiguous with each repetition and the kanji making it clear that she means blood are dropped.
