Compared to an hour ago,

has it become considerably cleaner?

Because it’ll all be over soon…

It was a year’s worth of grime, so I’m glad that

simply washing it off somehow worked.

This is about all I can do, though.

Since last year, the state of the world as a whole…

or rather, it’s been getting worse.

Even though so much time has passed since then,

I’m sorry I still have no good news to report this year either.

I end up thinking, ‘If only I could start over.’
