Huh? We've popped out somewhere weird again!

Where even are we...?

Admiral!?

Admiral, is everything all right in there?

Yeah... it's fine.

There's no problem. Stand down.

There most certainly is a problem.

What do you think?

You... you really should have led off with that!

But without knowing more about the situation inside, launching a surprise attack could put everyone in danger...

Shit! Just having the two of us means certain failure, doesn't it?

It is the Admiral though... I'm sure that he's got something planned...

They're getting rambunctious outside, meaning that we're rapidly running out of time.

You must make your decision before that door is opened, commander.

That is indeed the case.

If I sign this paper...

Do you really think that you'll be getting out of this base safely with it intact...?

You should be worrying more about yourself than about me.

...Admiral, we're experiencing some signal interference in this vicinity...

Katori-nee and that commander...!?

That man must be removed from his post as Admiral, by any means necessary.

I understand the situation, sir...

I am prepared to take the appropriate steps to eliminate the threat.

...and so it went.

I only remembered after I saw Black Kashima's uniform there!

In the previous large-scale operation, that greenhorn took control of the forces and led the operation to a successful conclusion.

The problem is that those who treat our weapons as humans are gaining influence.

If this is left unchecked, it will embolden the human rights sympathisers, which will, in turn, have an effect on those international bodies that are pressuring Japan in regards to the Shipgirl Treaty which is about to be signed.

I fear that in the worst-case scenario, public opinion may even hinder shipgirl operations...
