Afterword

So, this was a whole new web release for Air Reitaisai. This year is my second Air Reitaisai. Whaaat, second...? Sounds like I'm a real regular! (trying to keep a straight face) In her famous conversation with Remilia in Imperishable Night, Sakuya seems quite particular about the fact that she's still a human. In that case, how would she feel about the fact that she's not viewed as prey like other "regular" humans...? Or rather, would she be frustrated like "How come they're eating those other humans so happily!? I feel offended!" Well, that's the silly idea behind this. Whenever I draw Sakuya, I'm always nervous about just how much of a natural airhead and/or joker I should make her.

I felt encouraged to start drawing this manga for Air Reitaisai after looking at Air Comiket this past Golden Week. It was a pretty fast work, but I rather like it in the end. I'll probably put it in the next compilation book, too. These "Air" events on the web are fun in their own way, but I really do miss physical events after all, huh... But, well then. I hope we can meet again.
