...So, long story short,

Giorno somehow managed to save my life by carefully pouring 30 of his life energy with his utmost effort.

And the next time this amount of life energy runs out, I will die for real.

Giorno, what should I do to recover the remaining 270 on my own?

By resting, it should recover little by little.

The most efficient way is to eat nutritious food and to get proper sleep.

Very well.

Thank you, Giorno. You saved my life.

It's too early to say thanks, Bucciarati. You are still in a dangerous condition.

Anyone with life energy below 50 is essentially a sick person. So, until you recover, please, never ever force yourself too hard.

When your life energy is nearing 0, you will gradually lose your sight and you will only be able to see the souls of living beings.

Please be very careful should you have such symptoms!
