赤血球を体に戻すときにクエン酸液に混ぜるらしいのですが、その時指先などがしびれることがあるそうで、それを防ぐためにカルシウムを摂る必要があると言われました。
実際は顔がむくむ感じがしてちょっときつかったですね(^^;)

They apparently blend the red blood cells with citric acid when returning them to the body, but it seems that your fingertips and such can go numb when they do that, and they told me it was necessary to take calcium to prevent it.

In fact, my face felt like it was swelling, and it was a little tough.
