I spoke my mind. It's been 3 years and a half since I got the second remodeling. While I shoulder the role of the fleet's vanguard, I still can't become CarDiv 1I lost count how many times I see the crying face of Shoukaku-nee, who yearns for CarDiv 1 so much. When will we ever be accepted? If this cooped up situation is going to continue,I'd rather have you come and tell us that we can't become CarDiv 1.I'm sorry.Eh?Zuikaku.
