Screw her
盘, literally "plate", is being used as a verb here.
When it's used as a verb, its meaning changes to "to caress", refering to a specific kind of caressing on walnuts, tiny root sculptures, or tiny stone sculptures. By caressing said collection day after day, one is able to turn the crude surface of them smooth and shiny.
Now, as an interenet meme, its meaning changes again. As a meme and a verb, 盘 means "to screw with" or "to love", depending on context. Basically, "plate" your enemy into submission like you caress the crude surface of your collection into a smooth one, or "plate" your lover like you caress your precious little sculptures.
