This caused a certain problem.

Problem...?

Yes. We are aggregations of human thoughts such as fear and belief.

We were able to keep our form as youkai to some extent,

but in a world without humans, it was difficult to retake our full forms.

Well, some humans would come in as well, but such humans usually had some amount of power to resist us, so they wouldn't have much fear.

However, we couldn't simply take Outside humans, steeped in science as they were.

But it's not like we could find humans with zero contact with science, either.

Indeed, it was quite the problem.

*sigh...*

I thought and I thought, what should I do...

But then

I finally got it.

*myooon*

*squeeze*
