It's a formation with a tank character sitting in front soaking up hits all by himself in order to protect the other people in the rear.

Akatsuki's position behind me is the safest here, with high armor Kuma-san taking point, plus Ikazuchi and Inazuma securing our flanks. This allows us to fight without worry.

Besides, it's not like I have a beary high armor stat anyway.

Well, to be fair, I do at least have some armor, combeared to you destroyers, but even so I hardly koalafy as an impregnable wall.
