It's a shame the chairman is resigning, but it also means the kindergarten will be changing its policies.

...Yes.

...That was only up until now.

Oh, he's on the phone.

It was your fault for going without speaking to me first.

What are you saying? It's too late for that now.

Is he on the phone with the (former) chairman...? It sounds pretty serious.

It's already been decided.

Please give up on this.

The kindergarten is closing down.

Huh...!?

Closing down!? Is that true!?

Yes.

That's definitely what he said on the phone.

U-Um... Does that mean...

That man has been sneering at us from under those glasses...!

We'll have to do something...

...Wait, I just had an idea.

Let's hear it.

Money.

Whatever the problem is, it can surely be solved with money.

...You're right. Put enough money on the table and even that kindergarten principal might change his mind.

Uh...

Money... Um... If about 1000 yen is fine... I'll make sure to bring the rest next month...

Ah-

Uhhh, please, you don't have to force yourself, Chiyomi's mom.

We'll take care of it.

I'd better ask the principal about it.
