Today, we of the Rogue Roses...

Will be joined by Team RX's Combat Minion 2 on our operation.

We're looking forward to working with you.

For the reason why

Something like this is happening today...

A few days before, Rose Mist attacked Team RX on her own accord.

This was brought up as a problem within the Villain League.

So, to solve this problem peacefully, a member of Team RX will join the Rogue Roses on their operation for a day,

As a way for the Rogue Roses to exchange a part of their internal information with Team RX.

Thus, a compromise was reached, and the notice was sent out.
