This naval base's admiral has been having pretty bad luck

Today's also been a day of failures

Huh? If his luck is so bad then shipgirls shouldn't drop...

But all the shipgirls at this base have been completed, right?

Ah, there seems to be a special way that luck works around here.

Usually when a rare ship comes, unlucky retribution follows right after

Oh...huh...

The rarer the shipgirl is, the greater the retribution

When Taihou came the admiral caught a pretty bad flu

Being that Taihou-san was a Large Scale Construction ship

W-why is she looking at me with that face?

Well, but as expected, we still don't have a foreign ship here yet

W-well on that note, it's impossible when you don't have good luck

Good morning

Knock knock

Cough cough

I'm the carrier Graf Zeppelin, taking up the post today. I'll be in your care
