Mima built a residence in the middle of the woods, far from the Human Village.

And so, in solitude

she devoted herself to magical research.

Many years, many decades, she spent in solitude.

Before you knew it

The people of the Village began to know and fear Mima as the "Witch of the Woods".

Hearing rumors of such a "Witch of the Woods"

a lone girl came to her.

Without fearing Mima,

smiling, she introduced herself.

"I am the Hakurei shrine maiden."
