Listen well!Firstly, we don't have the budget for this kind of thing!Because of the repeated sorties, we barely have enough resources anymore! It's impossible to construct another Ship girl now!Assuming we have the budget for it, we still need a young girl for it to be possible! The process of constructing her into a ship girl is a painful process! And the probability of success is very low! That is not to mention the memory disability that will occur due to her continuing fighting! The public will notice that! It's too late to recruit now, and no one in their right mind will volunteer for this! What were you planning to do about that, hmm? What were you expecting?
